Estate Planning Attorney

Overview

Dallas-based boutique tax and estate planning law firm seeks an Estate Planning Attorney. Salary range $90,000 - $140,000 per year. This role is hosted by Jobot and may involve Easy Apply via the Jobot platform. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Base pay range : $90,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate agreements relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate
• Draft corporate documents, including partnership agreements and corporate resolutions
• Handle a minimum of 2-5 years of Estate Planning experience including wills, trusts and probate matters
• Represent clients in probate court and other legal proceedings related to estate planning
• Coordinate with transactional real estate and corporate matters; 1-3 years experience in these areas is a plus
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Work with clients directly under the supervision of senior attorneys
• Maintain excellent writing, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials
• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds (proficiency in another language is a plus)
• Identify valuable firm, title relationships and investment opportunities
• Oversee and accelerate new business growth by managing and implementing initiatives for core practice areas
• Identify current influencers and referral sources; develop new referral sources (inbound and outbound)
• Identify local market opportunities for new business development
