Overview
Sharpe Law Group, PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly professional full-time Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team. This individual will provide critical support to our estate planning attorneys while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service at every step. The ideal candidate for Sharpe Law Group is organized, personable, resourceful, and committed to accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings with lead attorney
- Draft estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, and Ancillary Documents
- Prepare client correspondence for attorney review
- Review estate planning documents and prepare summaries and recommendations for attorneys
- Prepare corporate documents and assist with entity formation with various government entities
- Assist attorneys in gathering client information
- Communicate closely with clients and their advisors with professionalism and discretion
- Assist clients in corporate annual reporting for entities including Public Information Reports and Annual Meeting Minutes
- Conduct legal research as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in legal field preferredParalegal certificate or equivalent work experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills requiredAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environment requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office requiredBusiness dress daily for client-facing meetings requiredCore Competencies
