Clarkson College is currently seeking a College Enrollment Administrator. This position is responsible for the overall management and daily activity of the enrollment functions at Clarkson College. This administrator will be the face of Clarkson College, providing a welcoming experience for all stakeholders. In conjunction with the Director, oversee the operations of the department including calendar management, scheduling with outside constituents, event planning and budget. Maintain formal College records and coordinate communication between internal and external entities. This position oversees the seamless admissions and enrollment process for an average of 1,200 students per year.

Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required. Minimum one year working in higher education required. Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills needed with strong organizational and time management skills, a high sense of urgency, and attention to detail required. Proficient in administrative systems such as employee information systems, assessment outcomes, budget tracking, excel, word, PowerPoint, video conferencing, and employee intranet systems.

Preferred Qualifications : 2-3 years supervisory experience preferred. Degree in communications, public relations, business or related field preferred. Management and / or development of organizational initiatives preferred.
