Program Control Analyst

The Program Control Analyst provides day-to-day financial and program control support, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting of program performance. This execution-focused role prepares the data and analysis that feeds leadership decision-making, while gaining experience across multiple contracts, compliance requirements, and proposal efforts.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare program budgets, forecasts, and Estimates at Complete (EACs)
  • Update ERP systems (Unanet / Deltek) with actuals, budgets, and program charge codes
  • Generate monthly program financial reports including CFSRs and MSRs
  • Review and reconcile subcontractor invoices, timesheets, and funding levels
  • Support proposal pricing by preparing draft cost models and estimates
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide inputs for monthly program reviews
  • Assist with compliance deliverables such as indirect rate reporting, incurred cost data calls, and audit preparation

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 35 years of experience in GovCon program control, FP&A, or financial analysis
  • Familiarity with government contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ)
  • Strong Excel modeling skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial analysis)
  • Experience with Unanet, Deltek, or similar ERP tools
