Our client is a midsize GovCon seeking a Senior Project Control Analyst. This role will will oversee the financial management of a growing portfolio and have high visibility with various leadership teams.

Experience and knowledge of Unanet, FAR, CAS and DCAA is highly preferred.

This is a fully remote opportunity, with offices headquartered in Northern VA.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare Estimate At Completion (EAC) for assigned programs in the portfolio and review with PMs and leadership team on a monthly basis
• Prepare variance analysis and make recommendations for key financial metrics improvements
• Support Accounting month-end close with program cost accrual analysis and EAC adjustments in accordance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
• Review monthly project costs and revenue, monitor actual cost and profit performance against plans / budgets, prepare variance analysis, reports, and present timely to project managers and stakeholders; identify areas for improvement
• Monitor contract funding, backlog and unbilled balances on a monthly basis, as well as track commitments, develop funding requirements projections and coordinate with contracts for required notifications on limitations and requests for additional funding
• Identify "at risk" funding and mitigation solutions
• Project Setup in Unanet in accordance with the contractual, financial compliance, and operational reporting requirements
• Unanet capabilities for project revenue, billing, and reporting requirements
