Merchandise Designer (Fashion Manufacturing) – What You Will Do
You will prepare apparel merchandise designs (mostly for t-shirt and hats), working on the Apparel Design team. You will :
- Create original graphic designs and artwork for fashion apparel for every retail season (Spring / Summer, Fall / Winter), focusing on menswear
- Research and interpret emerging trends and best practices to create seasonal designs that follow brand aesthetic
- Prepare Tech Pack and artwork packages and specifications for manufacturing production
- Collaborate with design department to ensure quality control and accuracy of designs
- Prioritize multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines

Merchandise Designer (Fashion Manufacturing) – You Might Have
Compensation $65,000 to $69,000, depending on experience.
You will be provided with company-sponsored medical, dental and vision insurance options, 401k with company contribution, paid holidays, paid time off, supplemental life and other supplemental insurances, and more (including a retail clothing discount and stipend!).
This role is a hybrid role, Monday through Thursday in office with the team and Friday work from home.
