Account Service Coordinator : This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining our sales operations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring exceptional client service.

How You Will Make an Impact :

• Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
• Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues. Makes routine account visits.
• Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.
• Play a key role in streamlining our sales operations, supporting the sales team and ensuring exceptional client service.
