Manufacturing Process Leader (Quality Systems Analyst)

The Process Leader is primarily responsible for maintaining compliance and continuous improvement of the ATI Specialty Materials' quality management system. This role will support implementation and compliance to customer and industry quality system requirements and continuous improvement in the manufacturing and business functions.

Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)

• Lead investigations into product or process non-compliance and drive implementation of corrective actions, quality improvement projects, and the use of continuous improvement tools.
• Develop and improve work instructions, quality procedures, and supporting documents.
• Develop and improve manufacturing and business support processes.
• Develop and manage project plans for critical process measurement and improvements.
• Maintain quality records and modify procedural documents.
• Implement and trend statistical process control (SPC) on critical processes.
• Support Operations through monitoring and improving calibration turnaround, furnace surveys, quality release of manufacturing agents.
• Support execution of detrimental material control requirements throughout all operations.
• Maintain knowledge of customer requirements.
• Lead development and implementation of the quality system improvements, specifically leveraging best practices across manufacturing sites and product families.
• Lead continuous improvement projects that improve the Safety, Right the First Time, and Meet the Forecast.
• Work within and / or lead cross-functional teams to develop robust solutions in a proactive manner.
• Engage in activities that promote growth in knowledge necessary to perform essential tasks.

Education Required

4-year College Degree in Engineering or a Quality related field OR Equivalent experience
