Medix Infusion is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Technician to manage and oversee all aspects of inventory within our warehouse operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, ensuring the timely availability of supplies and equipment, and collaborating across departments to support exceptional patient care.

Medix Infusion is a technology-driven healthcare platform enhancing patient care and access to infusion therapies, specializing in disease management and infusion pharmacy services for chronic and acutely ill patients, especially in underserved communities. We offer personalized home and in-suite infusion therapies, ensuring convenience and comfort. Our expert team provides a comprehensive range of treatments, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectables, making each patient’s journey as smooth as possible.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately monitor, track, and record inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy and procurement teams to receive and stock supplies efficiently.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and prepare cycle count reports.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and compliance of the warehouse.
• Facilitate the preparation and organization of supplies for patient and clinic orders.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate distribution of inventory.
• Update electronic records, ensuring accurate documentation of all inventory activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse functions.
