As a participant in the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP), you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on developing future leaders in supply chain and operations. You'll gain hands-on experience, build technical and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact on healthcare delivery. Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of the supply chain, including :

Manufacturing Production Team Leadership Lead a team and drive safety, performance, and delivery outcomes

Sourcing & Materials Management Work in procurement, material flow, and supplier engagement

Technical Operations Focus on lean, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Support site operations, compliance, and sustainability initiatives

You'll also benefit from structured training, mentorship, and leadership development to prepare you for a successful career at GE HealthCare.

Basic Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026
• Experience applying analytical and technical skills through coursework, projects, or internships
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving
