Caterpillar’s Corporate Services is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner - Student and Graduates Team. This role is a functional recruiting program lead for the Global Finance Services Organization's Students and Graduates program across Caterpillar. In this role, you execute a long-term strategy to recruit top interns and entry-level talent from undergraduate and graduate campuses into Caterpillar. This person will also promote and develop Caterpillar’s recruitment brand across schools and various community events.

Skills needed
Relationship Management : Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Customer / Market Focus : Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
Candidate Screening : Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.
Staffing and Recruiting : Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.

Summary Pay Range
$87,480.00 - $131,280.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
