Job Opportunity : Director of Financial Strategy

Reports to : President / Company Owner

Supervises : Financial Planning Team, Analysts, and Assigned Personnel

Position Summary

The Director of Financial Strategy will be responsible for designing, leading, and implementing the organization’s financial strategy. This executive role ensures that investment, financing, and expansion decisions are aligned with the company’s objectives for sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. The position requires a proven leader with exceptional financial acumen and the ability to navigate complex markets and evolving economic conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the corporation’s comprehensive financial strategy.
• Conduct analysis of market conditions, economic trends, and financial risks to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Oversee financial planning activities for short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
• Create and maintain financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with banks, investors, and external advisors.
• Recommend and implement initiatives to optimize costs and maximize profitability.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on financial matters and business growth initiatives.
