We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative CAD Designer with experience in Civil Design / Engineering to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of complex and challenging heavy civil projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of various projects, contributing to our commitment to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. This role involves extensive interaction with various teams, requiring a collaborative approach and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities :

1. Utilize CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D designs for civil engineering projects, including highways, real estate, bridges, and other heavy civil structures.

2. Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.

3. Prepare and revise engineering drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of engineering designs using computer-aided design software.

4. Ensure all designs adhere to established standards and specifications.

5. Conduct regular design reviews and make necessary adjustments to the designs based on feedback from engineers and project managers.

6. Assist in the preparation of design reports and presentations.

7. Coordinate with other team members to ensure that project deadlines are met.

8. Utilize design software tools and methodologies to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.

9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes by staying updated with the latest CAD technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in CAD design, specifically within the civil engineering land development sector.

2. Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar.

3. Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts and principles, particularly in relation to heavy civil projects.

4. Excellent technical drawing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

7. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
