StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Day 8;10 Pay Rate : $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is looking for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) for locums coverage as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements : Monday-Friday; five 8 hour or four 10 hour shifts; no call
• Required Cases : General, Orthopedic, Ear / Nose / Throat, Urology, Gynecology, Gastrointestinal, Obstetrics and some Vascular.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : Care team 1 : 4
• Credentialing Timeframe : 100 days
• License required or willing to license : Willing to license, but active Virginia license preferred
