Structural Engineer - Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of structural engineers in the planning and execution of structural commercial projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and compliance with specifications.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage project risks to minimize potential issues.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster positive relationships and ensure project success.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project resources and materials.
