Salary range starts at $57,200 for a clinical fellow and up to $95,280 for fully licensed SLPs with 3+ years of pediatric experience and is negotiable depending on experience and total weekly sessions scheduled.
We also offer a reduced priced childcare option for employees. Spaces are limited and based on hire date.
- Position Roles and Responsibilities :
- REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidates will have a Master's degree or higher.
- Candidate will be a graduate of an accredited speech language pathology program.
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of Mississippi or hold a CF license.
- Prior pediatric therapy experience working with autistic clients a plus, but not necessary
- Must be planning to commute or relocate to Southaven, Mississippi, as well as commute one day per week to our Clarksdale, MS clinic (Thursdays preferred)

- SPECIFIC DAILY / WEEKLY / QUARTERLY TASKS :
- Treatment areas include but are not limited to : phonology / articulation, early language development, fluency, feeding, autism and developmental delay.
- Qualified candidates will assess patients, formulate and carry out treatment plans individual to the patient's needs as well as educate and provide resources and guidance to patient's families to implement strategies outside of treatment.
- Opportunity to collaborate with other disciplines within the clinic for continuity of care.
- Routine re-assessment and updating plan of care and goals will be required
- Potential candidate will gain / have experience in administering a variety of assessments to include but not limited to : Goldman Fristoe Test of Articulation, Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals, Preschool Language Scales 5, Comprehensive Assessment of Spoken Language, Test of Auditory Processing Skills-3, Stuttering Severity Instrument, and Oral Mechanism Examinations_._
