We are looking for a Utility Bill Pay Associate to join our Utility Bill Pay team in our Frisco office.

The Utility Bill Pay Associate works within a team to deliver on timely bill retrieval and payment for assigned clients and maintaining communication with clients on utility-related issues. The Associate also works with Manager to resolve invoice anomalies within database. Great entry level opportunity with a growing national company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing and processing mailed invoices, as well as maintaining client inboxes.
• Pulling invoices through online vendor sites.
• Processing vendor payments within AP software.
• Running reports for missing invoices, payments etc.
• Auditing and resolving invoice issues within database.
• Contacting vendors to address anomalies and to request invoice copies.
• Other tasks as assigned.
