We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Card Products team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the design and delivery of financial products used by customers nationwide. The Associate Product Manager will support defining product requirements, writing clear documentation, and working closely with developers to deliver customer-focused enhancements across our mobile banking applications and retail point-of-sale systems. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to ensure product initiatives are executed effectively and drive measurable results.

Major Responsibilities

• Participate in product planning and execution for assigned financial products, from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact features and enhancements by analyzing customer feedback, competitive trends, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with UI / UX teams to translate product vision into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly communicate requirements to Agile development teams.
• Analyze and synthesize market insights to guide product enhancements, ensuring our offerings remain competitive.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product health, drive adoption, and improve customer engagement.
• Conduct A / B tests, user experiments, and post-launch analysis to continuously optimize product performance.
• Partner closely with IT, Field Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance to ensure successful cross-channel product delivery and alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Translate analytics, customer insights, and operational feedback into actionable roadmap decisions.
• Present product performance reports and strategic updates to executive leadership.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position might require long hours and weekend work.

Education

Required

Bachelor's Degree or better in Computer Science or related field.

Experience

Required

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Preferred

2 years : Work experience in product management, project management, IT, or finance preferred

Experience in agile development and writing user stories preferred

Experience designing, running, and interpreting A / B tests preferred

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, processes, and ceremonies preferred
