Oracle HCM PaaS Lead Developer

Client : U.S. Department of Energy

Location : Remote U.S. Based only- U.S. Citizenship is REQUIRED (due to federal contract requirements)

As an Oracle HCM PaaS Developer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, function / application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Seeking a hands-on lead with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM PaaS. The ideal candidate will posses strong technical acumen in Oracle HCM PaaS, experience in application development, leading, mentoring, and managing. This role will be responsible for guiding technical strategy, ensuring best practices, and driving the successful execution of development initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Duties :

• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
• Design, develop, document and test integrations to and from Oracle HCM cloud and other systems
• Develop integrations using Oracle HCM extracts, BIP, and PaaS middleware tools (OIC)

Qualifications :

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is :

$93,400 - $176,200 USD
