Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in healthcare leadership roles focused on implementation or customer success
7+ years in executive or senior management roles in health technology or digital health
Strong knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and regulatory requirements
Experience in leading escalations and issue resolution in clinical environments
Demonstrated ability to build scalable customer operations in a high-growth healthcare organization
