POSITION

Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Analyst in a structured 2-year program designed for recent college graduates. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, business development support, and strategic distribution initiatives. You will work closely with senior team members to support client engagement, data analysis, and operational execution across our distribution channels.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

Location(s) : Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI

Program to Commence in July 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in maintaining client relationships by supporting communication efforts, preparing meeting materials, and tracking client interactions.
• Collaborate with sales, portfolio managers, and product specialists to support business development activities.
• Contribute to the preparation of tailored proposals, RFPs, and due diligence questionnaires.
• Support the analysis of portfolio performance and market trends to identify strategic opportunities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in compliance-related reporting and documentation for FINRA and internal policies.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

PROGRAM BENEFITS

Base Pay Range : $85,000 - $90,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
