Job Type : Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time

Key Job Duties :

Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure daily goals are met

Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes

Maintain high standards for accuracy, safety, and productivity

Train, coach, and motivate team members

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments

Ensure all company policies and safety procedures are followed

Schedule :

3rd Shift : Monday–Friday, 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM

(Shift hours may vary between 8–10 hours per day depending on operational needs)

Pay : $25 per hour

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
