Role Overview As a Producer on the Creative X team, you will oversee the production lifecycle of integrated, high-profile creative work — live-action, digital, experiential, stills, animation, etc. You’ll partner closely with creative leadership, program management, and marketing to ensure that innovative, compelling content is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals. You will be a critical link between creative vision and execution.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage production across all media channels : digital, stills, animation, live-action video, experiential, social, etc.
Collaborate with creative teams, director-level creative leads, and external vendors to bid, award, and execute top-tier work.
Partner with program management and marketing stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables; ensure campaign objectives are met through execution.
Design production plans and schedules that account for the breadth and complexity of work — across internal teams and external partners.
Negotiate, manage, and track statements of work (SOWs), estimates, budgets, and vendor contracts.
Maintain organized workflows and documentation : status reports, asset tracking, job folders, shared documentation (G Suite or similar tools).
Push for innovation in format, storytelling, and medium — explore emerging technologies or new platforms to create breakthrough work.
Mentor or lead less senior producers on bigger or more complex productions.
Minimum Qualifications ~6-8+ years of relevant experience in producing creative work across multiple formats (live action, animation, stills, experiential, etc.).
Proven track record managing all stages of production, from concept through delivery, often with tight schedules and complex stakeholder environments.
Strong negotiation skills, especially in vendor / external partner management : bids, contracts, budget oversight.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; adept with tools for project tracking, status reporting, digital collaboration (Google Suite, project management tools, etc.).
Ability to work cross-functionally : creative, marketing, product or tech teams where applicable.
U.S. work authorization (if based in the U.S.).
Preferred Qualifications Experience producing content for emerging technologies / formats : AR / VR / MR, gaming, NFTs, avatars, AI-based content, interactive experiences.
Experience executing global productions or working outside the U.S., handling international crews, regulations, etc.
Product design / product marketing collaboration experience; familiarity with UI / UX tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (film, design, communications, etc.).
