Position Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our team. This position will support the accounting department in daily operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in administrative and transactional tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism.

Key Responsabilities

o   Prepare and post journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger

o   reconciliations

o   Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

o   Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP Support preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses

o   Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions as needed

o   Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures

o   Collaborate with auditors during audits and assist with documentation requests Participate in process improvements and financial projects as assigned

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required

1–3 years of accounting experience

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g.,

QuickBooks is a plus).  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and stretch. Can frequently lift up to 15 pounds, as well as work in a sitting position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
