Your leadership can make a difference in the lives of our residents!\n\nSchedule : EOW 7a-7p with one weekday\n\nOverview of Responsibilities : \n

• Manage daily nursing operations, including admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.\n
• Ensure quality nursing care is provided by qualified nursing personnel.\n
• Enforce compliance with medication administration and supply control protocols.\n
• Offer training and support to Charge Nurses in administrative and supervisory processes.\n

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution with current RN licensure in Connecticut.\n
• Certification as a Nurse Aide.\n
• Effective communication skills in English.\n
• Ability to lift and move a minimum of 40 pounds.\n
