Job Description

Virtusa is seeking a skilled nCino Consultant with deep expertise in Salesforce and financial services to lead solution architecture, development, and integration efforts for commercial banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize nCino on Salesforce using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, LWC, and APIs.
  • Design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis, LOE estimation, and risk identification.
  • Integrate nCino with external systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica), and ETL tools.
  • Manage data modeling, querying (SQL, SOQL), and deployment processes.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present solutions to executive stakeholders.
  • Translate banking workflows (loan origination, treasury, compliance) into nCino configurations.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with nCino and Salesforce development.
  • Deep understanding of financial services workflows and regulations.
  • Proven solution architecture and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Expertise in integration, data management, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
