What to Expect

Lead 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies and ensuring successful media strategies for clients

Deliver exemplary client service by maintaining strong working relationships and developing strategic communications plans

Manage account financials, ensuring accurate billing and timely project delivery

Engage in new business development, including identifying targets and presenting at pitches

Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development while maintaining a positive team culture

What is Required (Qualifications)

At least 7 years of experience in a PR agency

Strong academic background with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and / or Business

Core consumer brand PR experience with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management

Excellent publicity skills and strong understanding of media and editorial requirements

Proven ability to deliver impactful PR campaigns and measure the ROI of communications activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

A wide network of national consumer and business media contacts

Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns

Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking in PR strategies
