POSITION STANDARDS

• Bachelors’ degree in accounting or business preferred.
• Three to five years of bookkeeping experience required; candidate should have a working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and depreciation, cash flow planning and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with accounting software required, with ability to learn new software.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks within deadlines in an autonomous manner is essential.
• Must be self-directed.
• Must have ability to create financial models and projections, and provide analysis.
