Location : Maryland Heights, MO
Setting : In-home
Schedule : Monday to Friday 4 : 00pm to 6 : 30pm (subject to change based on learner needs)
Pay : $18-$23 / hour
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care. You'll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.
- Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a school setting
- Collect and record data on child behaviors
- Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst
- Attend team meetings

Currently enrolled in a practicum or fieldwork program related to Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, or a similar field (required)Obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 60 days of hireExperience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needsReliable TransportationMust have an active CPR CertificationTo protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check. Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment, with a final confirmation to start pending the satisfactory results of the screeningPhysical Requirements
