Shipping And Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Inventory Coordinator to manage product staging, inventory control, and shipping processes using SAP and RF scanners. This role requires efficient handling of materials, record maintenance, and label printing, ensuring accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Stage products for shipment and utilize SAP to input product data into the system.
• Place products in racks, shelves, and bins, marking materials with proper bar codes.
• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and SAP to maintain records and print labels.
• Create and schedule Bill of Lading (BOL) and manage pickup arrangements.

Work Environment

Join a lean manufacturing team focused on producing edible and food-grade inks for various containers. Work on the production floor during the 2nd shift (2pm-10 : 30pm), utilizing computers by batch mixing areas. Steel toe boots are required for safety in this dynamic environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Homewood, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
