Is there an Anesthesiologist on site or is conscious sedation required? There is Anesthesia backup and they do prefer conscious sedation when possible. Is ERCP or EUS Required? ERCP Required Is there rounding involved? Yes Who admits the patients? Is it the locum or does hospitalist handle? The hospital will admit the patients Types of cases? Abdominal pain, GI bleed, SBO, food bolus, Ulceration, gastritis, perhaps diagnose carcinoma but no treatment. Preferred Lodging : What are you willing to consider? Gastroenterology Board Certification Board Certified HIGHLY PREFERRED or Board Eligible accepted State License TX REQUIRED Gastroenterology Residency Requirements - REQUIRED Certifications Required ACLS REQUIRED Malpractice Clean HIGHLY PREFERRED Availability at time of name clear Please list how many weeks per month your provider can cover - REQUIRED
Hospital is looking for a GI specialist with ERCP capabilities for their inpatient facility. There will be no outpatient work only in house and ER consults with procedures generated from those.
Average callback hours 4 hours per week
