The Oaks Law Group, LLP is a California-based workers’ compensation defense firm seeking a full-time attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities

Defend employers, insurers, and TPAs in all aspects of California workers’ compensation law .

Manage cases from start to finish : discovery, depositions, hearings, trials, and settlements.

Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

Communicate case strategy and updates to clients.

Requirements

Must live in California .

Active California Bar license in good standing .

1+ years of workers’ comp defense experience preferred (litigation experience will be considered).

Strong legal writing, communication, and case management skills.

Ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

$110,000 – $160,000 / year DOE
