Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
Provide accurate information regarding cardholder accounts and assist with inquiries
Maintain knowledge of company programs and support team operations during peak times
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience required
Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area required
Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is necessary
