Knowledge of current market conditions and influencers, creative sourcing strategies, business drivers, and ability to embrace digital tools and technology. Stay abreast of innovative recruiting trends and techniques to maintain a competitive edge. Offer innovative and constructive ideas to continue our team's success. Finesse and a strategic mindset will be your allies in this fast-paced, innovative environment as you collaborate with stakeholders to ensure exceptional candidate experiences. Embrace innovative sourcing strategies that will identify and attract top diverse talent. 5+ years of professional work experience. 3+ years of sourcing experience in a corporation or agency setting (preferably both). Bachelor's degree, or equivalent life and military / business experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office, or equivalent. Proficient with Social Media and digital tools. Familiar with current laws / legal requirements concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.
