Seeking a professional server, advanced wine knowledge a plus.

Fine Dining experience preferred, but not required. Passion, hospitality, continuous study and attention to detail are key factors in our hiring process.

Four day work week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Three vacation weeks each year, one in July and two in January.

Paid holiday time starts after a year of employment and pays for one week, after two years all three weeks are paid.

Starts at $65,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience (additional tips add more than another $10K), includes supported medical benefits.

A “Dining Journey” moves guests from a Champagne / cocktail reception, through a kitchen table experience interacting with the chefs, to a traditional dining room with panoramic views of the Alexander Valley and finishes in a magical chocolate room complete with a flowing wall of molten chocolate.
