Position Summary :
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting both our creative staff and business processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer phone calls, respond to emails and greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Providing clerical support to staff, including handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining records.
Managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, and organizing events.
Managing office supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Assisting with bookkeeping, processing invoices, and tracking expenses. Process purchase orders and assist with vendor communications
Assisting with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Identifying and resolving issues and assisting with administrative projects. Help coordinate events, installations, and project logistics
Utilizing office software and equipment effectively.
Qualifications :
What We Offer :
