Job Title : Experienced Trial Attorney Manager

Salary : Up to $250,000 Depending on Experience

Bonus : Performance based discretionary bonus

Location : Texas (Relocation Assistance Available)

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of trial attorneys for trial readiness, motion practice, quality depositions, mediations, and attorney retention
• Oversee litigation strategy and ensure case quality across team portfolios
• Knowledge and skill to enforce Firm policies and procedures
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive operational success and client satisfaction
