Job Description

The FRAI is a Tier 1 position in the Forensic Review Department. FRAls are responsible for completing non-violent, non-time-sensitive, and less complex reviews. This position requires strong attention to detail and critical / situational thinking skills. Written and verbal communication skills are essential, as this position involves frequent collaboration with clients, law enforcement, and peers. Occasionally, FRAls may need to handle more complex, time-sensitive, and / or non-violent priority requests, especially if the team or department requires support or if opportunities arise to showcase additional skillsets.

Essential Job Functions

• Review, interpret, and resolve video surveillance footage related to reported incidents, including criminal and nuisance activities. Focus on non-violent, non-time-sensitive, and less complex requests, including quickets.
• Maintain detailed, professional notes of observations, processes, and communications within requests and time records.
• Write concise, detailed summaries of reported incidents, which may include vehicle details, descriptions of individuals, or times of activity.
• Compile video footage and still images into a final product for clients and law enforcement.
• Communicate regularly with clients and law enforcement, both in writing and verbally.

Phone calls are expected in most reviews.
