Mission :
- The Account Executive (AE) selling JobNimbus Marketing Services is responsible for educating, consulting, and closing new customers into the JobNimbus Marketing ecosystem. Their mission is to connect contractors with marketing solutions that generate measurable ROI - enabling them to grow their while expanding JobNimbus’ service adoption and revenue What You'll Be Doing : Drive adoption of JobNimbus Marketing Services across new and existing customer bases through consultative selling and ROI-based conversations.
- Educate contractors on how digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, branding, and websites) can supercharge their lead flow and business growth.
- Manage your full pipeline using HubSpot CRM — tracking every activity, note, and stage with precision.
- Collaborate with onboarding and marketing success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and early customer wins.
Maintain accurate CRM data Set accurate expectations and maintain alignment between sales promises and service delivery Consistently achieve or exceed your monthly revenue quota of $20K MRR while maintaining a ≥25% close rate. What Makes You the Hero for This Job :
3+ years of experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or advertising sales (experience in roofing or home services = bonus points).Proven success in consultative selling — you know how to uncover needs, build trust, and show value through numbers, not buzzwords.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles — SEO, PPC, and web strategy are second nature to you.HubSpot or CRM fluency — you keep your deals clean, clear, and data-driven.Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex marketing outcomes in simple, ROI-driven language.You’re empathetic, competitive, curious, and relentless about helping small businesses succeed.
