Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, guiding them through onboarding and renewal processes
Collaborate with sales on customer renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Monitor customer satisfaction, mitigate risks, and conduct regular business reviews to ensure value realization
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
1+ years of experience with Salesforce and Zendesk
1+ years of experience in cybersecurity
Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and industry trends
