Overview

We're seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and contribute to a variety of high-impact projects. Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Department Head, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality technical documents and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by clearly communicating expectations internally and externally. You'll collaborate across disciplines, support business development efforts, and model a proactive, team-focused approach to project delivery. A large portion of the work we do at Anderson Engineering involves a diverse portfolio of project types to meet the needs of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Knowing that our work plays a vital role in impacting Veterans' and their families' lives and wellbeing on a daily basis offers a great sense of personal reward and satisfaction. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Minnesota required; licensure in additional states is a plus.
