Remote - Private Client Personal Lines Account Manager 21.2

We're seeking a Private Client Account Manager to join our team, specializing in serving High-Net-Worth clients. This is a crucial support role, working alongside our Account Executives to ensure a seamless experience for our discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing : Assist with the day-to-day management of private client accounts, including processing endorsements, renewals, and policy changes.

Documentation & Systems : Maintain accurate records in Applied Epic, ensuring all client information and policy documents are complete and compliant.

Carrier Coordination : Act as a key liaison with top-tier carriers like AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, and PURE to secure quotes and resolve service issues. Experience with the E&S (Excess & Surplus) market is a plus.

Communication : Handle client inquiries regarding billing and claims, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client materials.

Proposals & Renewals : Help prepare detailed proposals and coverage summaries, and monitor renewal timelines to prevent any gaps in coverage.

What You Bring

Experience : A minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance, with a strong preference for experience serving High-Net-Worth Private Clients.

Technical Skills : Proficiency with the Applied Epic system and hands-on experience with at least two of the specified carriers (AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, PURE).

Attention to Detail : Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a meticulous eye for detail.

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Team Player : A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
