Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a

Marketing Coordinator & Events Manager

for a contract-to-hire position located in Atlanta, GA.

This role specializes in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating client-focused events, and supporting attorney and partner engagement initiatives for a well-established real estate law firm. The position involves planning and managing events, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, executing social media and email marketing strategies, and ensuring a polished, professional client experience. This is an office-based role with flexibility to attend events in the evening when necessary, no Fridays required.

Daily Duties :

• Plan and execute approximately 12 monthly events, including networking happy hours, lunch-and-learns, Continuing Education (CE) classes, and client engagement events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including vendor management, catering, signage, and registration.
• Manage email communications and campaigns using Constant Contact.
• Assist attorneys in using Monday.com for event tracking and client follow-up.
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media content creation and campaign coordination.
• Maintain marketing materials, event calendars, and CRM records.
• Represent the firm professionally at events and in client-facing interactions.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal staff to ensure smooth execution of marketing and event programs.
• Provide general administrative support related to marketing and event activities.
