Overview

The New York City office is seeking a dynamic Special Counsel to join our elite Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. There is a clear path towards Partner for the candidate and the practice has been growing through 2025.

Responsibilities

  • You will get to work on some leading deals in the mid-market space with some strong senior Partners within the team.
  • Lead a team throughout a transaction with demonstrable experience across M&A, preferably within private transactions.

  • 8+ years experience across M&A, preferably within private transactions
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a team throughout a transaction

    • Compensation

    Base pay range : $435,000.00 / yr - $550,000.00 / yr
