A company is looking for an Onboarding Success Manager (APAC).
Key Responsibilities
Guide and support Customers and Team Members through the onboarding journey
Provide documentation and organize meetings to address inquiries and manage escalations
Ensure accurate data processing and maintain customer self-service tools
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR or a customer-facing role for an HR SaaS platform
Experience in scheduling and managing customer meetings
Track record of meeting customer satisfaction metrics
Experience in following and improving team processes
