Operate CNC machines to mill, grind, and turn materials into precise parts

Program machines using Mastercam for modeling and toolpath creation

Inspect parts to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards

Select, grind, and adjust tooling, speeds, and feed rates for efficiency

Maintain accurate logbooks and production records

Requirements

2+ years CNC machining experience (mills and lathes)

Proficiency with Mastercam or similar programming software

Strong understanding of inspection tools and quality control practices

Experience with AS9100D or ISO-certified environments preferred

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
