Outbound Customer Service Representative

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative in our White Bear Lake, MN facility! This position will make outbound calls to established, best customers in small and large businesses, the health care field and educational institutions to build our brand recognition and provide service to the customers. Responsible for attaining outbound contact goals and ensuring that the customers have an expert person to work with on their projects or events. There is no cold calling in this position.

Your Shift :

• Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm with additional hours as needed
• This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days per week onsite at our White Bear Lake location and the option for remote work the remaining 2 days

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
