ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ed Freeman - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, youll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. Youll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agencys success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work the following schedule : Monday-Friday 5pm-9pm
