Texas Workers Compensation Claims Trainee

A company is looking for a Guardian Associate (Workers Compensation Claims Trainee).

Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing

Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to apply newly learned concepts

Gradually take ownership of workers' compensation claims and support claims management under supervision

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred

Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products

Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
