Strategic Project Management Analyst

Under close supervision, responsible for basic project management activities of low to medium complexity project(s), and support more senior level project management staff for high complexity projects.

• Basic project management activities include development and maintenance of project schedules, status reporting, issue management, and other tasks required to effectively manage and monitor a project through to successful completion (on time, within budget, adhering to high quality standards, and meeting internal & external customer expectations)
• Capture, maintain and manage projects in Planview (DRIVE, enterprise project management system), prepare and co-facilitate project reviews with key stakeholders, prepare project (portfolio) updates for (Executive) Management
• Support team with Initiation of project (project charters, project plan, communication plan, stakeholder analysis, onboarding project team members)
• Tracks, analyses and report on project expected benefits / values
• Tracks project spending against budgets
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications :  Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding and / or Brokerage industry experience.   Power BI and Smartsheets and leading continuous improvement projects (QDM, Six Sigma, Lean management.

Pay Transparency :  This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current.   starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors   permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay :  $6,707.00 to 9,700.00 monthly

Additional Details :  Must be able to report into the Miami Florida office. Travel 5 to 10% Domestic travel.
